A CUT AND MOULDED GLASS CENTRE TABLE
PROBABLY ITALIAN, FIRST HALF 20TH CENTURY
Made from clear, yellow and red glass drops, onto a metal frame, the circular top centred by a coil of beads bordered by a surround of red and clear droplets, enclosed by five concentric rings of cut glass tablets with red and clear droplets, above a frieze of cut glass tablets on four square columns and two paired turned columns with spirally-turned strings of glass beads and two conforming single columns, the base formed of three concentric rings of cut glass tablets divided by red and clear droplets enclosing a coil of beads, with a dished tier of three concentric rings of cut glass tablets enclosing a coil of beads, on ten turned baluster columns covered in strings of beads, raised on a further ring of cut glass tablets
