INDIA, DATED VS 1751/1694-5 AD
With rounded body and slightly pinched neck rising to flared rim, the main register engraved with trefoils and hanging medallions bordered with diagonal bands of nasta'liq, the neck with alternating ogival calligraphic and circular floral cartouches against a ground of arabesques, one cartouche with inscription in devanagri, minor register of trefoil palmettes around the base, later owner's inscription around mouth, minor dents and rubbing of tinning
