The case with brass handle to inverted bell top, two glazed panels to each side, doors with spring catches, with moulded base raised on block feet, the 15 cm. square velvet-covered dial with gilt-brass mask and foliate spandrels to a silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring (possibly later) with fleur-de-lys half hour markers and diamond half quarter hour markers, central alarm-setting disc, pierced and chased brass hands, the eight day single barrel movement with plain rectangular plates joined by four plain pillars, verge escapement, pull wind alarm and trip repeat on single bell with two hammers; restorations
35 cm. high, handle down
