Late 18th Century, apparently unmarked
Oblong with curved corners, the hinged cover engraved with a naval battle scene and inscribed Zeeslag tusse de Holl: & Eng: Vlooten d : 5 Aug : 1781, the reserve inscribed Door Zoutmans Wijs belijd Gepaart met Dapperheijdt Heeft men door's Hemels Zeege de Overwinning Verkreegen
