DAOGUANG SEALMARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
Painted around the flaring body with lanca characters interspersed with flower-heads growing from scrolled stems issuing curled leaves above a band of radiating lappets, the splayed stem with a collar decorated with sprigs above tassels pendent from ruyi-heads repeated in a band around the foot, the interior with a large stylised flower-head medallion

A similarly decorated but slightly smaller example from the Simon Kwan Collection, exhibited at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, is illustrated in Imperial Porcelain of Late Qing, Hong Kong, 1983, Catalogue, no.11.
