The carrying frame with brass handle, containing a pair of pewter tokkuri, a footed tray, a four-tiered jubako and a sake cup, the black ground decorated in gold hiramaki-e, nashiji, harigaki and tsukegaki, with inlays of shell, depicting grape vine and elegant tendril, each corner of the frame with Nanban-style karakusa, the interior of the jubako in red lacquer
