The thinly carved larger vase with floral finial above scrolling handles enclosing bands of taotie-masks, carved in high relief with flowering chrysanthemum branches above scrolling foliage, issuing from a leaf base supporting a smaller flattened vase and cover with attached chain leading to a tendril, the reverse of the large vase carved with twin stylised dragons, the stone of even pale celadon colour
