Heart-shaped, overall decorated with opalescent pink guilloché enamel over a wavy engine-turned ground, the oval aperture with gold beaded border flanked by swags, applied with vari-coloured gold crossed and ribbon-tied arrows, containing a photograph of Prince Felix Yusoupoff, the back with hand-written ink inscription in English "Given to me by Felix Yusupov, Paris, 1923", with gold ribbon-like strut.
