The case with brass handle to breakarch top, fishscale sound frets to the sides, on ball feet, the silvered and engraved dial with applied Roman chapter ring and with retail signature in the arch Hampton & Sons Ltd/Pall Mall East, the twin barrel movement with strike on gong and stamped for Richard on the backplate -- 13¾in. (35cm.) high to hilt of handle
