The handle formed as a column flanked by two putti with drapery swag above, the grip terminating in two dogs' heads, the two pierced receivers each with three cut-out putti holding torches seated astride hounds; also a pair of French openwork mustard pots, Paris, First Standard, 1819/38, with swan handles and artichoke finials, the sides with floral sprays issuing from winged rams' heads, on pedestal bases, all with later blue glass liners
