Hanoverian pattern, engraved with the Spencer crest and further engraved with initial 'H', some later engraved with other initials, comprising:
Eleven table-spoons
A basting spoon
A soup-ladle
Six salt-spoons
Together with the following Old English pattern, similarly engraved
A basting spoon
Two teaspoons
38 oz. (1,172 gr.)
The crest is that of John Spencer, later 1st Earl Spencer. (22)
