A GEORGE III SILVER AND GLASS CRUET STAND
MARK OF PAUL STORR, LONDON, 1810
Oval, set on four acanthus and scroll feet, with a gadroon border and acanthus terminals, the central frame with animal supports and gadroon border, set with six cut-glass bottles with silver mounts, the central standard with leaf-clad ring handle, the base engraved with a coat-of-arms and motto, marked under base, standard, and each bottle mount, the mounts dated 1809, 1810, two 1816, and two 1818
8½ in. (21.6 cm.) high; 36 oz. (1125 gr.) weighable silver
The arms are those of Howard, as borne by the Dukes of Norfolk.
