MARK OF JOSEPH TAYLOR, BIRMINGHAM, 1798
The top of peak with shield-shaped cartouche initialled FMS and flanked by foliate sprays, engraved ribbon at back of cap; also a Victorian combination pen knife and glove hook, by Alfred Fridlander, London, 1884, engine-turned, the top with engraved crest and coronet and containing a steel glove hook, a steel blade and an additional ivory blade; also a Victorian combination vesta case, propelling pencil and pen knife, by Sampson Mordan, London, 1889, the base and hinged cover with undulating fluting, inscribed alond the side, LUKE FROM BILL (3)
