Qianlong seven-character mark and period
Seated on a lotus base with a triple-beaded rim, clad in a dhoti with a sash draped over the elbows and adorned with beaded jewelry, the face with elongated eyes and tilted to his left, surmounted by a tiara with the hair pulled into a chignon, with ribbons emanating from the back of the crown and forming an aureole, with a six character Qianlong mark in a cartouche

The inscription around the front of the base refers to the name of the deity, and the inscription on the back of the base translates to "benevolance as basic principle."
