Cosmo Gordon, 3rd Duke of Gordon (1720-1752), in blue coat with gold frogging, red waistcoat and hair worn en queue, in gilt-metal frame, the reverse engraved 'Cosmo Duke of Gordon'; together with an officer in red coat with black facings and silver epaulettes, in gilt-metal frame, the reverse centred with a neoclassical scene, translucent blue glass surround; another officer in blue coat, gold epaulettes, in gilt-metal frame; another officer in Royal Artillery uniform, in gilt-metal frame; together with a gentleman in black coat, auburn hair, in gilt-metal frame, the glazed reverse with two locks of hair on opalescent glass; another gentleman in black coat, his arms folded, in gilt-metal frame, the glazed reverse with lock of hair on opalescent glass and small oval blue glass reserve set with seed-pearl initials GR; together with a lady in white dress and white bonnet with blue ribbon, blue belt with pearl-set buckle
