Modeled as a brown whippet recumbent on a shaped green mound, the shaped base painted inside and out with scattered flowers and curving to form two apertures fitted with separate inkwell and sander, each with reticulated gallery and flower-encrusted cover, the pen tray as a similarly shaped and painted dish extending on the other side
