The compressed bulbous body cast in high relief with a band of bosses interrupted by a pair of pierced, curved handles lobed on the exterior and capped by cloud scroll, with further clouds surrounding a "pearl" on each of the three supports, the countersunk base cast with a six-character hallmark, Xi shan an niang fo tang, the reddish-brown patina with traces of blackish lacquer or patination
