A LARGE CYPRIOT RELIEF-DECORATED RED POLISHED WARE JUG
EC III-MC I, CIRCA 2000-1800 B.C.
With a spherical body, pointed bottom, tall conical neck and disk rim, the ribbed vertical handle rising from the shoulders and joined to the neck by a strut, adorned with relief decoration on the body and neck including wavy lines, rings, dotted lines, and a central horseshoe-shaped element bisected by a wavy line and topped with a hatched flange, the neck with horizontal rings, bosses intersecting the vertical elements
