Tang dynasty (618-907)
Standing with the right legs slightly ahead of the left, the head turned left and down with ears pricked and the mouth open in a neigh, the neck grooved for a mane, the well-modelled body covered in a straw glaze with attractive speckling, the muzzle with a blaze of amber glaze
