A large stucco head of a luohan, 15th 16th century
the bald head modelled with a furrowed forehead, the downcast eyes inset in glass with wrinkles at the corner of the eyes, above a well defined nose, prominent cheeks and full lips, flanked by pendulous earlobes, with traces of red and blue pigments -- 11 5/8in. (30.2cm.) high, metal stand.
