The serpentine-shaped rectangular top hinging and opening to reveal a blue silk-lined divided compartment, the top and frieze veneered with contrasting cartouches, with a frieze drawer to one side on cabriole legs headed by foliate cartouche mounts, ending in foliate sabots, restorations and replacements to veneers
