The plain body with later tendril handles, the domed cover with detachable artichoke finial and chased with panels of egg-and-dart motifs alternating with rosette repeated on the shaped-circular stand, engraved with two coats-of-arms accolé beneath a marquess' coronet on stand and cover, marked on body and cover
