by Auguste-Gaspard Turmine (fl. 1778-1786), marked, Paris, 1784, with the second charge and discharge marks of Henry Clavel 1783-1788 and later French control marks
Oval box, the cover, four side panels and base engine-turned with horizontal reeding stamped with scattered pellets, the sides divided by four oval reserves chased with foliate rosettes on a frosted ground, the matted gold rims applied with a laurel and berry border in green gold
