silvered dial signed and numbered Charles Frodsham, 84 Strand, London, No.3153, Roman numerals, outer Arabic five minutes, subsidiary seconds and up-and-down dials, blued steel fleur-de-lys hour and minute hands, signed fusee movement with spotted plates, Earnshaw escapement, spring foot detent with jewelled locking stone, cut bimetallic balance with auxilliary compensation, segmental heat compensation weights, blued steel helical balance spring, diamond endstone, gimballed within brass bowl, three-tier brass bound mahogany box, the middle section inset with a signed and numbered plaque, drop handles, with rating certificate dated 1902.
