A Mamluk style pottery bowl
19th century
painted in turquoise, blue, green, cream and black enamels with a flowerhead to the centre, the petals forming panels of calligraphy and stylised flowerheads, the exterior with geometric deisgns -- 7¾in. (19.6cms) diam, (enamel flaking and losses, old wear).
