from a set of the Seasons, Spring modelled standing, loosely draped, holding blooms and supporting a basket filled with flowers, Winter, seated, wearing a fur-lined purple cape and skates above a burning brazier, on a tree-stump mound base moulded with scrolls enriched in turquoise, pink and gilt, blue crossed swords mark, incised 1239 -- 10in.
