DATE CYPHER FOR 1881, GILT CROWNED GLOBE AND IMPRESSED UPPERCASE MARKS, INCISED SHAPE NO. 1817
Of flask form, the cylindrical neck enriched in gilt and flanked by notched tubular handles, finely painted and hand-tooled in white slip, the central medallion with a river god enriched in metallic tones within a wreath surround flanked by braizers, two putti herm below, the reverse with a ribbon-tied portrait plaque of a putto, the reserve enriched with gilt stars, on a conforming oval foot
