Modelled with a reclining woman, seated with a cherub to her side, emblematic of the arts, the circular dial inscribed CRESSON MONTMARTRE 11 PARIS, with pierced gilt hands and blued Roman numerals, the twin-train movement with countwheel strike on a bell, flanked to the front and sides with inset panels depicting cherubs, with foliate scrolls to each angle, on bun feet
