The well-rounded sides rising to a slightly flaring rim, each painted in vivid blue tones to the centre of the interior with a roundel of peony-sprays below a wide band of formal scrolling peony, the exterior with a similar band of floral scroll above lappets at the foot (one cracked)--6½in.
