A PAIR OF BLUE AND WHITE BOWLS
DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARKS IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
Each is decorated on the exterior with flower scroll between a ruyi border below and a sawtooth border above, and the interior is decorated with a central flower head on a fish-scale ground within a border of linked S-scrolls below a dotted ruyi band and a border of decorative squares at the rim, all within double-line borders.
5 7/8 in. (15 cm.) diam.
