The candlesticks, mark of Joseph Cradock and William K. Reid, London, 1817, the extinguishers 1816, the snuffers, mark of Thomas Radcliffe, London, 1816
Each circular, with gadrooned borders, engraved with a coat-of-arms, crest and motto, the scroll and foliage handle with shell thumbpiece and detachable gadrooned extinguisher, engraved with a similar crest, the centre with slot for the similarly engraved candle-snuffer and with plain socket and detachable gadrooned nozzle, fully marked
15.2 cm. (6 in.) diam.
1116 gr. (35 oz.)
The arms are those of Burrell of Milfield and Brome Park, Northumberland (4)
