Each with foliate carved toprail above a shaped rectangular padded back and seat covered in close-nailed striped yellow silk damask, the similarly carved front-rail on floral carved cabriole legs and scrolled feet, the rear seat-rails stamped 'GAVTIER/JME', redecorated
