LATE 19TH/20TH CENTURY
Each of baluster form, the mouth cast with pendant fruiting grapevine, the shoulder with berried laurel, flanked by upright acanthus scroll handles, finely painted with either a couple coaxing a dog to beg for a treat or a gentleman playing the bagpipes attended by a shepherdess, the reverse with a floral spray, on a conforming socle and canted square base, raised on four scroll feet
