Inlaid overall with stylised foliate spandrels, each with a folding rectangular top with green baize playing-surface above a well, on an U-shaped support with four square tapering scrolled legs and brass castors, the bearers on one table immediately beneath the top replaced

The sofa table en suite with these card-tables was sold anonymously at Sotheby's London, 13 November 1998, lot 318. Pairs of card-tables, sofa tables and work-tables were often commissioned as a suite during the Regency period.
