A pair of Wedgwood black basalt Vestal and Reading lamps and covers, one figure holding a jug, the other a book, applied with stiff-leaf bands below oak leaves between gadrooned sections, on octagonal bases, enriched in gilt and bronze (damages), impressed marks, late 19th Century -- 8½in. high
