A PERSIAN BRONZE PENDANT WITH DOVES
CIRCA 900 B.C.
The pendant with four triangular fins protruding from base of central shaft, each surmounted by a seated dove, another dove with suspension loop atop the shaft, mounted; and a Persian bronze figure of a bird in flight, with outstretched neck, globular eyes, and wings curving back in a crescent, attachment loop on the underside, circa 7th Century B.C.
