JIAJING SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE RECTANGLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1522-1566)
The jar is painted in iron-red and green enamels with two scaly dragons striding amidst lotus scrolls between a band of ruyi heads around the base and scrolling floral foliage on the shoulder.
