Circular, the centre painted with an officer and cadets of the St. Petersburg military training district, within a border decorated with gilt ciselé military trophies and Imperial double-headed eagles on a green ground, marked under base with underglaze blue factory mark, inscribed and signed in Cyrillic 'Ye. Shchetinin' and dated 1843
