Lobed sides chased with acanthus leaves and rosettes, base with large flower motif within punched bead border, scroll handles with castellated decoration above a beaded rat-tail, engraved probably later in the 18th century with a Scottish crest and motto scroll in Latin and Greek, gilt interior
