Shallow and circular on a raised ring foot applied on the interior with white slip with a roundel of leaves within a narrow and wide band, the grey body of the vessel shown adjacent to the slip to create parallel narrow lines, the exterior decorated with further bands of white slip and the whole covered with a transparent glaze; interior of foot and foot rim unglazed
