The heavenly couple in embrace with Parvati seated on Shiva's left leg, he holding a three-headed naga and trident, she holding a bowl, both wearing multiple necklaces and other jewelry, their hair arranged in distinctive headdresses, backed by a carved openwork mandorla, surrounded with four deities at each corner, including Ganesha at lower right, the bull and the lion at their feet
