With later Sienna marble arc en arbalette form top with a moulded edge, the frieze having a textured ground, centered by a scallop shell, between bell-flower and acanthus scrolls above a pierced acanthus and floral garland-hung apron, with further shell decoration to the sides, raised on back-swept, C-scrolled, shell-capped and acanthus-decorated legs with egg-and-dart moulding, ribbon-tied reeds and wrapped with floral garlands, joined by a stretcher with acanthus and opposing C-scroll carving on shaped small block feet, inscribed in black 6347, with later blocks to the corners, regilt
