The arched case raised on claw and ball feet, the dial with engine-turned centre and border, with dot minute markers, painted Roman numerals to the chapter ring signed BROCKBANK & ATKINS, blued steel moon hands, the twin barrel movement with anchor escapement and strike on bell to the backplate signed Brockbank & Atkins/London/1951, with pendulum holdfast -- 10¼in. (26cm.) high
