JIAJING SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1522-1566)
The dish is decorated with a Shou character encircled by four lotus blooms on the interior centre, the exterior with further lotus blossoms; the inner cavetto and base are both filled with cobalt blue.
