Of rectangular form, the front bearing a tabula ansata with inscription reading "D[is] M[anibus] D[ecimus] FVRIVS TASO M[arcus] AQVILLIVS PHILOLOCVS B[ene] M[erentes] P[osuerunt]", flanked by erotes holding garland above, the pedimented lid with acanthus leaves at each corner and central mask, corner of lid restored
