Rectangular with rounded corners, each side enamalled in translucent yellow over a sunburst ground, the front applied with diamond-set Imperial coat-of-arms, the interior engraved with a German inscription, with diamond push-piece, marked inside cover and base

The inscription reads : From/his majesty/the Emperor of Russia/Reval 7.8.1902. (centre)
