Svechin, tapering cylindrical, the sides with four circular cartouches, the cover cartouche engraved in Cyrillic Bruno Ivanovich Viukler, the front cartouche engraved Members of the Banking Union 1875, the sides with scenes of the Kremlin, the back vacant, all enclosed by interlocking coiling scrolls centering paterae, with chased ribbed borders, the part decorated scroll handle with open thumbpiece, the hinged flat topped cover with conforming decoration and centering Cyrillic engraved circular cartouche, with finely scalloped rim and pointed lip--4¼in. (10.7cm.) high, 12.5oz.
