The cylindrical neck chased in relief with vertical panels of fruiting vines, bordering plain reserves decorated with ribbon-tied laurel wreaths, one of these bearing a Cyrillic inscription, fluted cover with a second Cyrillic inscription and bud finial, the lower part of the mount with small rosettes above cut-out floral swags, on tapering cut-glass body, gilt interior
