OTTOMAN TURKEY, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY
On four convoluted feet, the openwork decoration with elaborate ribboned vine garlands interspersed with stylised foliate sprays between two registers of recurring palmettes, the rim ornate with further foliate motifs, the plain inner cup afixed by a straight stem with finials worked as curved foliate tendril, the cup with maker's mark in Armenian and stamped 92
