A SMALL BLUE AND WHITE 'SLEEVE' VASE
TRANSITIONAL PERIOD, CIRCA 1650
The vase is decorated on one side with an arrangement of 'antiques' and on the other with a fan-shaped panel enclosing a rabbit seated amidst lingzhi and grasses in front of an ornamental rock. There are incised line borders above the foot and on the shoulder below pendent leaf tips on the waisted neck.
